Essex Warehouse Outlet is owned and operated by John Lombardi and Ed Boland, along with their wives, Diane and Bonnie..
John and Ed decided to open Essex Warehouse Outlet because of the love and passion they all shared for Estate & Tag Sales. All four partners share the thrill that is involved with seeking and discovering new products in various places. No matter how big or small the product is, the excitement of finding “that new item” never escapes them.
Essex Warehouse Outlet is located in historic Ivoryton, CT, one of the villages of Essex, CT, which was voted Best Small Town in America. Visiting Ivoryton is like stepping back in time. The Warehouse is located about 5 minutes down the road. That’s right! We have so many great products, that we couldn’t possibly keep them all in one store.

Aggie's Restaurant is located in the same building as Essex Warehouse Outlet. It is owned and operated by Aggie & Billy. Aggie's Restaurant serves the Best Breakfast and Lunch in the area. When you eat at Aggie's, you feel like you’re part of the family.

The Ivoryton Tavern is located just down the street, and is owned and operated by Nan & Jim. If you’re looking for a real Family Style Lunch or Dinner, or just a drink at the Bar, the Ivoryton Tavern is the place for you.
IVORYTON PLAYHOUSE
The Ivoryton Playhouse is one of the oldest running theatres in America. It is a beautiful place to see a great play, or to sit by the gazebo on the town green.
